S postupem do první ligy samozřejmě stouply také nároky na realizační tým. Head coach William Levi Sturgis tak bude mít k ruce několikapočetný tým. Kdo s ním bude připravovat seniorské mužstvo a co si od nových, či staronových tváří slibuje se dozvíte níže.

With the promotion to the first league, the demands on the implementation team also increased. Head coach William Levi Sturgis will therefore have a team of several people at his disposal. Eric Coale - coach DB, analýza

Měl jsem to potěšení trénovat Erika dva roky. Okamžitě vyniklo jeho porozumění hře a IQ. Byl to skvělý student a někdo, komu plně důvěřuji, že bude učit novou vlnu DB. Jako trenér bude základem pro přechod do Snapback ligy, protože nyní hrajeme ligu s větším podílem přihrávek. Jsem nadšený, že ho máme v kádru.

I had the pleasure of coaching Eric for 2 years. His understanding of the game and IQ stood out immediately. He was a terrific student and someone I trust completely to teach the new wave of DBs. He will be a staple as a coach moving forward to Snapback league as we play now in a more pass heavy league. Thrilled to have him on staff.

Daniel Kokoška - defenzivní koordinátor, coach LB

Daniel, který se na krátkou dobu vrací z univerzitního fotbalu v Americe, bude uveden v našem týmu jako trenér LB a koordinátor obrany. Je to chytrý hráč a jeho oddanost hře a učení je na špičkové úrovni. Bude nakonec vůdcem obrany, ale místo na hřišti se ujme své nové role trenéra. Budeme na naší obranné hře spolupracovat, naše obrana bude fyzická a zdravá.

Daniel returning for a short time playing college football in America will be listed on staff as our LB coach and Defense coordinator. He is a smart player and dedication to the game and learning is top notch. He will be ultimately the leader of the defense but instead of on the field he will take to his new role as coach. Me and him working together with the defense our defense will be physical and sound.

Larry Lewis - ofenzivní asistent

Larry má zkušenosti trenéra, v jaké se v Čechách jen doufá. Má dlouhou trenérskou historii zde pro Patriots i v Americe. Brilantní ofenzivní mysl na více postech. V průběhu sezony se o něj bude hodně opírat díky jeho všestranným znalostem sportu a pozice.

Larry posses the experience as a coach one only hopes to find in Czech. He has a long history of coaching here for Patriots and in America. A brilliant offense mind in multiple positions. He will be leaned on heavily with his versatile knowledge of the sport and position throughout the season.

Pavel Tumpach - koordinátor special teamu, coach RB

Pavel, který je legendou na hřišti, se na začátku své kariéry stane legendou jako trenér. Už jako hráč má tolik znalostí, že je klíčovým přínosem v trenérské místnosti. Má zápal a vášeň, které u asistenta hledám, a je to vždy někdo, kdo půjde nad rámec svých možností, aby pomohl týmu vyhrát

Pavel a legend on the field will turn to start his career to be a legend as a coach. Already possessing so much knowledge as his time as a player, he is a key asset to have in the coaching room. He has the drive and passion that I look for in an assistant and someone always who will go above and beyond to help the team win

Od sideline se dostáváme k aktivním hráčům, kteří kromé své role na hřišti budou trenérovi pomáhat i s dalšíma činnostma.

From the sideline we are getting to active players who will help the coach with other activities besides their role on the field.

David Šádek - silový a kondiční koordinátor

David bude v této sezóně působit jako náš silový a kondiční koordinátor. Jako nováček v minulé sezóně si tento sport opravdu zamiloval a našemu týmu velmi pomohl. Nyní se snaží přenést svůj trenérský talent do našeho týmu. Má již více než 10 let zkušeností s osobním tréninkem a zároveň trénuje fotbalový tým FC Plzeň. Nemůže se dočkat, až bude rozvíjet naše sportovce všech věkových kategorií, aby se stali těmi nejlepšími, jakými mohou být.

David will be acting as our Strength and Conditioning coordinator this season. As a rookie last season he really fell in love with the sport and helped our team tremendously. Now he looks to take his talent of training to our team. He already has over 10 years of Personal training experience while also training the football team FC Pilsen. He can't wait to develop our athletes of all ages to become the best they can be.

Dominique Varela - coach DL

Trenérem DL bude také importér Dom. Vždy měl vášeň pro hru a už jako mladý sportovec se svými znalostmi na vysoké úrovni je někým, kdo může nastoupit do role trenéra DL na nejvyšší úrovni. Těší se nejen na začátek své profesionální hráčské, ale i trenérské cesty.

Dom also an import will be our DL coach. He has always had a passion for the game and even as a young athlete his knowledge at a high level makes him already someone who can step into DLcoaching role at the highest of levels. He is excited not only to start his professional playing journey but also his coaching journey.

Will Glasgow - coach OL

Will přichází jako náš import, ale kromě vynikajícího hráče jsem hledal i vynikajícího člověka a učitele. Will tyto vlastnosti má a je perfektním doplňkem trenérského týmu. Jeho schopnost trénovat pozici byla jedním z klíčových bodů, proč ho přivést k Patriots, a víme, že s tak skvělým lídrem bude OL fungovat jako skvělý celek.

Will is coming in as our import but the one thing I was looking for other than an outstanding player was to bring in an outstanding man and a teacher. Will has these characteristics and is perfect addition to the coaching staff. His ability to coach the position was one if the key points to bring him to the Patriots and we know with such a great leader he will have the OL moving as a great unit.

Oliver Slavík, Vítek Písař, Bruno Svatuška - mládežníci v terénu

Tito tři budou naši juniorští stážisté pro tuto sezónu. Jejich role je jednoduchá. Trénink s mužským klubem, natáčení, příprava, úklid, asistence trenérům a vedoucím při přípravě herního dne pro mužský tým. Tito 3 junioři mají před sebou velkou budoucnost. Díky těmto přidaným tréninkům a tomu, že jim umožníme včasný přístup k tomu, jak pracujeme, jim to otevře oči a uvidí, jakou oddanost je třeba americkému fotbalu věnovat. Tito 3 získají nejen zkušenosti, ale také zodpovědnost a vůdčí schopnosti, které se přenesou do jejich podzimní sezóny.

These 3 will be our junior Interns for the season. Their role is simple. Practice with the men's Club, film, set up, clean up, assist coaches and leaders of game day set up for men's team. These 3 are trust worth juniors who have a great future ahead of them. With this added trainings and getting them early access to how we work it will open their eyes to see the dedication it takes to American Football. These 3 will not only gain experience but also gain responsibility and leadership qualities that will transition to their season in the fall.
